The Supreme Court's next term begins on the first Monday in October. In the meantime, it will be the Shadow Docket without full judicial review.🙄😡#IntentionalGreenLight for the Trump Administration.

Exactly. The robes may recess, but the rulings remain in motion. What they didn’t affirm, they’ve now authorized—in silence.

The shadow does the work while the Court looks away.

The 1st Monday in October is October 6 — 101 Days from now.

Without Duty • Oath • Honor • Ethics, we are left with a #CorruptCourt

Hard to imagine the Republic will still be #LeftStanding 101 Days from NOW.

The overthrown of the United States government complete.

101 days of silence is all it takes when the foundations have already been hollowed out. The Court didn’t seize power—they surrendered it. Now the machinery runs without brakes, and the Constitution is background noise.

With malice, the Court has ruled against the Republic “for which We Stand”

There’s no other way to interpret a misguided ruling on “All citizens born or naturalized in the United States…are citizens of the United States and in the State in which they reside.”

“and subject to the jurisdiction thereof” ~~ #LawfulOrders not by the edict issued by 6, but the Fourteenth Amendment to the U.S. Constitution

Exactly. The text of the Fourteenth remains untouched—but the Court has now created a legal terrain where Trump’s order can move forward in selective jurisdictions. They didn’t gut the Amendment. They fractured its enforcement—and gave the greenlight for erosion by geography.

The Court built on a radical religious ideology (funny that considering the 1st Amendment)

Make NO Mistake

Give the #Tyrant an Inch

He’ll Take A Mile

In this case millions.

The Supreme Court Knows That

Handed Down their decision on the last day of their term.

Exactly. They didn’t check the tyrant—they cleared his lane and stamped the pass. Final day of the term, buried beneath headlines, knowing full well what it permits. Not law. Leverage.

Thank you so much—that truly means a lot. I write to document the erosion, yes—but also to remind us it isn’t inevitable. Silence enables. So we speak. Loudly. Precisely. Unrelentingly. ✊

This Supreme Court MAGA 6 has sidestepped the law and gave trump the ability to disregard the words of the Constitution. The 14th amendment gives citizenship to anyone born in the United States. But the Supreme Court didn’t address the issue, it chose to rule on procedure and wrongly ruled the courts couldn’t stay an illegal presidental EO for the entire US. They just closed their eyes to the real issue of birthright citizenship and took away the rightful rulings of the lower courts to have their rulings apply to the whole country. The effect will be mayhem. Their ruling neuters the lower courts from stopping illegal actions of this administration and other things not yet understood.

Precisely. They didn’t just dodge the Constitution—they dismantled the lower courts’ ability to defend it. This wasn’t a ruling. It was a retreat. They refused to confront the substance, clipped the scope, and left the door wide open for Trump to test authoritarian policy in real time. What they didn’t decide, they empowered. And yes—the consequences will multiply before they’re even understood.

This Supreme Court is absolutely useless to the constitution and the rule of law and the American people!😡😡😡

Agreed—and worse, it’s not useless. It’s useful to power. This Court doesn’t defend the Constitution; it repurposes silence into sanction. What it refuses to strike down, it makes possible.

Thank you—and great question. That’s exactly the point: the blade passes hand to hand, but the Court built the soundproofing that swallowed the screams.
